by using GIMP.
1. First, open up your base. I got this particular one from
dont_be_so_base. I did nothing to my base, but if you need to sharpen it and use the blur tool to smuge the face and make it look less rumpled.
2. Next, add a plain white layer and set it to overlay 100%.
3. Add a light pink layer(for this, I used ffe3de) and set it to multiply 100%
4. Next, add a peachy color(I used f4ca98) and set it to overlay 100%
5. Add a dark navy blue color (I used 0a1648) and set it to screen 100%
6. Now, this is where I begin to add the textures. I added

by rockneziss and set it to lighten only. I duplicated this layer twice.
7.Now, take this

texture by
ownthesunshine and set it to hard light with a 49.8% opacity.
8. Now, add

by
ownthesunshine and set it to lighten only at 100% and duplicate it twice.
9. Take this

( I don't know by who! Sorry!) and rotate it once to get
![](http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa209/zoogirl121/tinytext2.jpg)
. Add transparency to the white, and position it.
10. Your finished! Now, don't just copy this, what's the fun in that?
